There is a little beach about 45 minutes from our house. It is called Greenbriar Lake, and is a Maryland State Park. We decided to go there for Memorial Day this year. The boys and I had been there before, but we wanted to take Matthew this time. It isn't a true beach, it is man-made, but they brought in sand, and the water is clean and warm. There is grass and shady trees to lounge under and bathrooms, showers, etc.
