We lived within a 4 hour drive of NYC and never made there until we lived in the area for 10 years! We knew we had to go there before our move to Boise.
We only stayed for 2 days, and our first stop was Times Square
We spent a full day in Central Park, seeing the city mostly on foot and spending time walking in the park. This was our magical time in NY. Suddenly the sun came out, and the bubbles were beautiful and it is my favorite memory of the trip.

A real NYC hot dog. Matthew didn't necessarily think NY was a priority before our move, but he knew I really wanted to go, so he made all the arrangements and made it happen.
We used Air B&B for the first time and rented a 3 bedroom condo in Queens, right across the street from a cheap parking garage and minutes from the subway. It was perfect!
