The most exciting part of going to Kindergarten was riding the bus with Mateen!!
He was so excited to wear his backpack and new shoes and go and pick up Mateen.
Waiting for the bus. I only cried for a about 10 minutes. Something about seeing his little face through the window of the bus driving away...
It is difficult to put trust in teachers, bus drivers, and other school administrators to make sure your child gets on the bus, and to his right class. Harder than I thought. But he loves school so much and already has a best friend in his class!

Yeah, I've really realized how much trust and responsibility we put on the teachers, etc. that take care of our children all day.
Kinda scary, but kinda neat too, knowing that they are learning, and growing, and in good hands!
