We are back with the internet!! We purchased a townhouse in Maryland about a month ago, and they were just able to connect us on Friday. It was extensive, with drilling into the walls, cutting holes in the ceiling, and routing wires around.....but we have it!:) I am also happy to report that not having the internet for 4 weeks wasn't THAT big of an adjustment. Yeah, less blogging, Face-booking, and e-mailing....but it was sort of a welcome, forced change.
Promise to post a bunch of pictures of the new house, kids, the new fun places we found, and more!
We found this walking to Georgetown one day on the Key Bridge that connects Arlington to D.C. Haight/Ashbury is a famous intersection in San Francisco and was the epicenter of the peace/love/hippie movement of the 60's.

- Matthew and I met at Utah State University and both graduated in Spring 2005. We have been living in the DC area since October of 2005. We took a big risk moving here, as we both had no employment. But Matthew had a strong desire to help people in Africa and we knew it would work out. It has been such an adventure living here, and we love it! Matthew is working in International Public Health saving babies in Africa. He recently graduated from George Washington University with a Masters Degree in Project Management. We have a sweet 3 year old named Ethan, and a 4 month old named Nicholas. I am fortunate enough to be able to stay home full time. We love the DC area and are happy to call it home.
